§ 1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all business relationships between Vitalix SAS (hereinafter referred to as "Vitalix SAS") and the customer, in the version valid at the time the order is placed.
Any conflicting or differing terms and conditions shall not be recognized unless Vitalix SAS has expressly agreed to them in writing beforehand.
§ 2. Contracting Party

Vitalix SAS enters into contracts for the delivery of goods exclusively with:
- Natural persons who have full legal capacity and are at least 18 years of age; or
- Legal entities.
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that these requirements are met.
§ 3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer by Vitalix SAS. It merely represents a non-binding online catalogue.
Before placing a binding order, you will be shown all order details again in the order summary. At this stage, you have the opportunity to correct any input errors by using the "Change Entries/Data" button.
By clicking the "Place Order with Obligation to Pay" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. This order constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to the email address you provided during the ordering process. This email is an automated order confirmation and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A purchase contract is only concluded when:
- you receive a separate confirmation email, or
- the goods are dispatched within five working days.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you without delay.
The order confirmation email will also include:
- the ordered items,
- the individual and total prices,
- packaging and shipping costs,
- and the total order amount.
The General Terms and Conditions are available at any time on our website and may be saved. The order confirmation email also contains an overview of your order and the relevant contractual information, which you may save on your computer.
