Shipping

For orders placed before 12:00 PM, your package will be prepared for dispatch on the same day. We prepare your shipment on the day your order is received and hand it over to the shipping carrier either on the same day or the following business day, depending on the courier's collection schedule.

Delivery to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg is currently free of charge for orders of €75.00 or more.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

For orders below €75.00, the following shipping charges apply:

  • Germany: €3.90
  • Austria: €6.00

If you would like your order delivered to an address different from your billing address, please provide the alternative delivery address during the ordering process.

Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect it immediately for any visible damage. If the package is damaged, please ask the delivery driver to acknowledge the damage, verify that the shipment is complete, and contact us as soon as possible.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

If incorrect shipping information is provided, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred as a result of returned shipments. The same applies if delivery cannot be completed due to refusal of acceptance.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. Further information regarding customs charges can be found in the European Union's TARIC database, the German Customs Electronic Tariff (EZT), or the Swiss Customs Tariff (Tares).

Payment

Customers may use the payment methods offered during the checkout process. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Shop Pay
  • Credit Cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, where available)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Local payment methods available in the respective delivery country (such as Klarna, Bancontact, iDEAL/Wero, BLIK, MobilePay, Przelewy24, TWINT, or comparable payment methods)
  • Bank Transfer, where available for the respective delivery country

The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.

There is no entitlement to the availability of any particular payment method.

Payments may be processed through payment service providers appointed by the seller.
