§ 4 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Vitalix SAS does not cover or reimburse these return shipping costs when you exercise your right of withdrawal. This also applies to international returns to our returns warehouse in Germany.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods, including any entitlement to have necessary return shipping costs covered, remain unaffected.

Vitalix Returns Guarantee

At Vitalix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Vitalix SAS offers a voluntary 30-day returns guarantee.

You may return your goods to our returns warehouse within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the items are complete, unused and undamaged. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods within this period.

Returns under this voluntary returns guarantee are at your expense. Vitalix SAS does not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. This also applies to international returns.
