How to keep your jewelry beautiful for a long time
Your favorite VITALIX pieces accompany you every day. Gentle, regular care helps preserve their special radiance for a long time.
Recently added jewelry
Apply perfume, hairspray, creams, and other personal care products first. Then put on your jewelry.
Gently clean
Wipe your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing it.
Protect from water
Take off your jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising, or going to the sauna.
Store with care
Keep your jewelry dry and, if possible, separate from one another.
Care by Material
Stainless steel is durable, resistant, and easy to care for. Clean uncoated stainless steel jewelry as needed with lukewarm water, a mild soap, and a soft cloth. Then rinse it thoroughly and dry it completely. For jewelry with coatings, stones, or delicate inserts, a soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient.
Gold- and rose gold-colored surfaces get their special color from an additional coating. Clean them carefully with a soft cloth and protect them from friction, sweat, cosmetics, chlorine and salt water. This will keep the surface looking beautiful for as long as possible.
Copper can develop a natural patina over time. Temporary discoloration of the skin is also possible due to the natural reaction with moisture, sweat, and the individual skin environment. Changes to the surface are among the natural properties of the material.
Gently wipe away dust from the gemstones and pearls with a soft, lint-free cloth. Protect them from impacts, friction, perfume, creams, and harsh cleaning agents.
MAGNETIC FORCE

Many VITALIX products feature high-quality permanent magnets that are securely and harmoniously integrated. When used properly, they retain their magnetic strength for many years. There is no fixed exchange period. What matters is the condition of the product, not its age.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Magnets
Under normal use, no noticeable loss of magnetic force is expected. Therefore, regular replacement after six or seven years is not necessary.
Protect the product from extreme heat, hard impacts, and prolonged exposure to moisture. Do not open magnetic enclosures or attempt to remove integrated magnets.
Do not continue to use the product if a magnetic closure is open or damaged or if a magnet has become detached. Store damaged products safely out of reach of children and contact our customer service.
Important Safety Information
If you have a pacemaker, an implanted defibrillator, or another electronic implant, use magnetic jewelry and wellness products only after explicit approval from your treating physician and the implant manufacturer. Keep magnets at least 15 centimeters away from the implant.
Remove magnetic products before an MRI scan and inform the medical staff.
Keep magnetic products away from magnetic cards and sensitive magnetic storage media.
Magnets must not be swallowed. Should a magnet become detached, keep the product out of reach of children. In case of possible ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.

Always follow the care label of the respective product. Use a mild detergent and allow the product to air dry completely. Only machine wash products with permanently integrated magnets if this is expressly stated. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, tumble dryers and direct heat.
Air the products regularly and protect them from prolonged exposure to moisture. Clean removable covers according to the care label. Carefully wipe non-removable surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and allow them to dry completely.
Clean silicone and rubber with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Leather should be carefully cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Clean fabric straps gently according to the respective care instructions. Allow all materials to dry completely in the air.
